The God is the father of the orphans, and the orphans are His children. We work for Him taking care and giving a formation for His children. We believe that love has more power that strict rules and punishments. It can always appear difficulties on the way, but it's the love that heals every wound.

PRINCIPLES OF THE ADMINISTRATION

• The loyalty of the group is a part of the daily life.
• The transparency in every area, especially in relation with the finances. In each month economical informs are being represented with percentages of the cost of the nourishment, the education, the basic consumes, the administration etc. These informs are evaluated by people outside the home, and at the same time estimated by four firms, two outside the home, beside the management and the administration of the home.
• Actualized documentation. The pursuits, social informs, psychologies, pedagogies and legal procedures of each child can be revised at any moment. Documentation is always up to date.
• Equal treatment for everyone. Every worker from the doorkeeper to the director are considered equals. There's no preferences or special treatments.
